of <h1>LLPs get relief from extra fees for late filing of Annual Return Form 11 for FY 2021-2022 until June 30, 2022.</h1> The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has announced a relaxation for Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs) regarding the payment of additional fees for delayed filing of Form 11, the Annual Return for the financial year 2021-2022. Due to the transition from version-2 to version-3 of the MCA-21 system and to encourage compliance, LLPs are permitted to file their Annual Return without incurring additional fees until June 30, 2022. This decision was made following representations requesting an extension of the filing deadline and has been approved by the competent authority.
