of <h1>Chhattisgarh Withdraws Circular on IT Services Under GST for Uniformity; Feedback Invited on Implementation Issues.</h1> Circular No. 39/2019, issued on 02.08.2019 by the State Tax, Chhattisgarh, concerning clarifications on Information Technology enabled Services under GST, has been withdrawn. This decision follows numerous representations expressing concerns about the circular's implications. To ensure uniformity in the application of the law, the Commissioner has exercised powers under section 168 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, to withdraw the circular from its inception. Any difficulties in implementing this withdrawal should be reported to the Commissioner's office.
