This authority is granted under the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, specifically under clause (b) of proviso to sub-rule (1) and clause (b) of proviso to sub-rule (2) of rule 9. The order is signed by the Chief Commissioner of State Tax, Rajasthan.
