This initiative targets applications filed up to August 31, 2021, and aims to ensure prompt responses to genuine taxpayers. Applicants can visit their jurisdictional CGST Divisions during the specified period to address grievances and receive updates on their application status. If grievances are not resolved, applicants can escalate the issue to designated Nodal Officers. This directive follows the guidelines outlined in CBIC Circular No. 148/04/2021-GST.
