of <h1>DGFT Allows Manual Filing of EODC for AAs Issued Before Dec 2020; Updates Due by March 31, 2022.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has permitted manual filing of Export Obligation Discharge Certificate (EODC) applications for Advance Authorisations (AAs) issued before December 1, 2020, due to difficulties faced by holders. Regional Authorities must upload closure letters online after approving manual applications. Exporters can check their AA status on the DGFT website and update it if incorrect by uploading closure letters online. All updates must be completed by March 31, 2022, to avoid potential action for non-fulfillment of export obligations. This directive is effective with the approval of the competent authority.
