of <h1>New Online Platform for RCMC and RC Filing Launches December 6, 2021; Manual Process Ends February 28, 2022.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has announced the launch of a new online platform for the electronic filing of Registration Cum Membership Certificate (RCMC) and Registration Certificate (RC) starting December 6, 2021. This platform aims to provide a contactless, single-window service for application processes, including fresh applications, amendments, and renewals. While the online system will not be mandatory immediately, a transition period will allow exporters and issuing agencies to adapt. The existing manual submission process will remain operational until February 28, 2022. Exporters will need a Digital Signature Certificate or Aadhar for electronic submissions, and no separate registration is required to use the platform.
