of <h1>Deadline Extended for Filing Charge Modification Forms Under Companies Act, 2013 to July 31 and August 1, 2021.</h1> The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has extended the deadline for filing forms related to the creation or modification of charges under the Companies Act, 2013. The previous deadlines of May 31, 2021, and June 1, 2021, have been extended to July 31, 2021, and August 1, 2021, respectively. All other requirements from the previous circular remain unchanged, and this extension does not affect any late filings already submitted with additional fees. This decision follows requests from stakeholders and has been approved by the competent authority.
