of <h1>Deadline Extended for Companies Act and LLP Act Form Filings Until August 31, 2021; Excludes Certain Forms.</h1> The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has extended the deadline for filing certain forms under the Companies Act, 2013, and the LLP Act, 2008, without incurring additional fees. Companies and LLPs now have until August 31, 2021, to file forms originally due between April 1, 2021, and July 31, 2021, with only the normal fees applicable. This extension does not apply to forms CHG-1, CHG-4, and CHG-9, and does not affect any filings already completed with additional fees. This decision follows requests for further timeline extensions and is approved by the competent authority.
