of <h1>Mandatory Document Uploads in e-Sanchit: Updates for Importers and Customs Brokers, PGA Upload Suspension Noted.</h1> The circular addresses the mandatory uploading of documents in the e-Sanchit system, providing further clarifications for importers, exporters, customs brokers, and other stakeholders. It highlights updates to the mandatory document code list, allowing more document codes to be uploaded by IEC/Customs Brokers. The requirement for certain document codes to be uploaded exclusively by PGAs has been temporarily suspended. Importers are encouraged to register on ICEGATE for document uploading. Amendments to the Statement table of BE can be filed online or through service centers. Systemic checks for mandatory documents at the OOC stage have been disabled for BES filed before January 23, 2021. Stakeholders are urged to disseminate this information.
