of <h1>India Waives Additional Fees for Filing Financial Statements E-Forms Until Feb 15, 2021, Under Companies Act, 2013.</h1> The Ministry of Corporate Affairs of the Government of India issued a circular granting a temporary waiver on additional fees for filing e-forms AOC-4, AOC-4 (CFS), AOC-4 XBRL, and AOC-4 Non-XBRL. This waiver applies to the financial statements for the year ending March 31, 2020, under the Companies Act, 2013. Stakeholders can file these forms without incurring additional fees until February 15, 2021, during which only the standard filing fees will apply. This decision follows numerous requests from stakeholders seeking fee relief.
