of <h1>RoSL Replaced by RoSCTL Scheme; Pending Claims Issued as Transferable Duty Credit Scrips by DGFT.</h1> The Scheme for Rebate of State Levies (RoSL) has been replaced by the Rebate of State and Central Taxes and Levies (RoSCTL) scheme. Pending RoSL claims will be granted by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) as electronic duty credit scrips, which can be used for customs and excise duties and are transferable. Notifications have been issued to implement these changes and to establish a recovery mechanism for excess payments. The Regional Authority of DGFT will handle recoveries, and misuse cases should be reported to the designated DGFT official. This notice serves as a standing order for departmental officers.
