Stakeholders are encouraged to communicate electronically, preferably in PDF format, and include contact details for receiving Diary Numbers for reference. The official email for communication is [email protected]. Hard copies can be submitted at the Central Receipt Unit. Feedback or issues can be directed to the Commissioner of Customs (NS-II).
