Taxpayers are encouraged to use electronic communication, preferably in PDF format, and provide contact details for prompt acknowledgment. The Regional Advisory Committee, Trade Associations, and Chamber of Commerce in West Bengal are urged to disseminate this notice. Feedback and suggestions are welcome to improve the system.
