Scope of immediately before: inputs must be in stock and available for verification before input credit is allowed. The term immediately before must be read with the sub condition that inputs be lying in stock; inputs received prior to the dated acknowledgment must be physically present and available for verification, and credit of duty may be allowed only after such verification.
