Initially outlined in Circular No. 17/2020, the provision allowed importers, exporters, and related parties to submit an undertaking instead of a bond for customs clearance. This measure, originally set to end on May 30, 2020, has been extended to June 15, 2020, with the deadline for submitting the proper bond moved to June 30, 2020. The conditions from the initial circular remain unchanged, and the situation will be reviewed post-lockdown.
