This applies to specific equipment such as Transmission Terminal Equipment, PON family of Broadband Equipment, and Feedback Devices, as per the India Telegraph (Amendment) Rules 2017. All relevant customs and tax authorities are instructed to ensure compliance, and any implementation issues should be reported to the Board.
