of <h1>Customs Notice on Including NCCD in Duty Drawback Calculations; Stakeholders Advised to Review Instruction No. 5/2020-Cus.</h1> The Trade Notice 06/CCP/JMR/2020, dated May 21, 2020, from the Office of the Commissioner of Customs in Jamnagar addresses the inclusion of the National Calamity Contingent Duty (NCCD) in the calculation of the Brand Rate of duty drawback. Importers, exporters, Customs Brokers, and stakeholders are advised to review Instruction No. 5/2020-Cus issued on May 12, 2020, by the Joint Commissioner (Drawback), CBIC, New Delhi. Any difficulties encountered should be reported to the Deputy Commissioner of Customs in Jamnagar. This notice is issued with the Commissioner's approval.
