of <h1>Customs Waives Late Fees on Bills of Entry Amid COVID-19 Pandemic; Effective for Entries Post-March 21, 2020.</h1> The Commissioner of Customs in Jamnagar has issued an addendum to Public Notice No. 05/CCP/JMR/2020, addressing amendments and waivers of late fee charges on Bills of Entry due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Importers, exporters, and customs brokers are informed that late fees for Bills of Entry filed after March 21, 2020, will be waived to facilitate trade during the lockdown extended until May 3, 2020. The notice encourages trade associations to disseminate this information among their members. This directive is to be treated as a Standing Order for customs officers and staff.
