of <h1>Waiver on Late Fees for Bill of Entry Filing Withdrawn for Entries After May 31, 2020; Contact Customs for Issues.</h1> Public Notice No. 71/2020 announces the withdrawal of previous public notices, Nos. 24/2020 and 33/2020, which provided a waiver of late fees for delayed filing of the Bill of Entry due to document delays from China and the COVID-19 outbreak. The waiver will no longer apply to Bills of Entry for Import General Manifests (IGMs) with entry inwards dates after May 31, 2020. For IGMs with entry inwards dates up to May 31, 2020, the waiver will not be available for filings made after June 8, 2020. Stakeholders are advised to direct any issues to the designated customs officials.
