Initially, the platform will support Importer Exporter Code (IEC) services, including issuance and modifications, with a virtual assistant for user queries. Access requires a username, password, and authentication via mobile or email. Users must link their IDs to IECs using Digital Signature or Aadhaar e-Sign. The platform will facilitate electronic filing and monitoring of applications, with legacy data migration for seamless processing. DGFT staff are instructed to promote awareness and prepare for the transition.
