The terms for certain members will expire on August 24, 2020, while others will serve until June 11, 2023. The committee will provide advisory and professional support on corporate insolvency and liquidation matters as per the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. A General Manager is appointed as the committee's Secretary.
