of <h1>India Extends AEO Certification Validity Until June 30, 2020, Due to Lockdown; Excludes Negative Report Entities.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance and the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, has extended the validity of Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) certifications. This extension applies to certificates that expired or were set to expire between March 1, 2020, and May 31, 2020, now valid until June 30, 2020, due to difficulties caused by the national lockdown. This extension excludes entities with negative reports during this period. The circular requests that this information be widely publicized and any implementation issues be reported to the office.
