of <h1>Revised Procedure for Cargo Movement Approval Orders: Streamlined Email Communication for VCTPL and Liners to Address Concerns.</h1> The procedure for generating Cargo Movement Approval Orders for containerized cargo has been revised to address stakeholder concerns. The Superintendent at VCTPL will inform the ITP Cell Superintendent of vessel arrivals via email. The ITP Cell Superintendent will then generate and forward soft copies of the Cargo Movement Approval Orders to VCTPL and liners. Liners must provide their email addresses to the ITP Cell. VCTPL can dispatch containers to respective CFSs without requiring signed copies, provided all formalities are completed. Any implementation issues should be reported to the Assistant/Deputy Commissioner (ITP).
