of <h1>India Customs Waives Late Fees for Delayed Cargo Filings Due to COVID-19; Submit Requests Electronically per Notice No. 10/2020.</h1> The Government of India's Customs Department issued Public Notice No. 10/2020 to address import cargo clearance delays due to COVID-19. Importers, exporters, customs brokers, and stakeholders are informed about the waiver of late fees for delayed filing of Bills of Entry, previously announced in Public Notice No. 08/2020. To minimize human contact, waiver requests should be submitted electronically to the specified email with mandatory details such as Bill of Entry number, date, importer's name, group, late fine amount, and reason for delay. Other conditions from the earlier notice remain unchanged.
