This waiver applies to Bills of Entry related to Import General Manifests filed on or after March 20, 2020, and will remain effective until further notice. The decision, made in the public interest, is to be treated as a standing order for customs officers and staff. Stakeholders experiencing difficulties should contact their jurisdictional senior customs officers.
