of <h1>Public Notice No. 30/2020: Relaxed IN-Bonding Procedures for Cargo Due to COVID-19, Undertakings Accepted Until May 30, 2020.</h1> Public Notice No. 30/2020 amends previous notices to relax procedures for IN-Bonding of cargo imported under the Warehouse Bill of Entry due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The relaxation extends the acceptance of undertakings in lieu of bonds until May 30, 2020, due to the lockdown extension. Importers must replace undertakings with proper bonds by this date. The Bond Section will maintain records of these relaxations. Other aspects of Public Notice No. 25/2020 remain unchanged. Trade associations and Customs Brokers are encouraged to disseminate this information, and any difficulties should be reported to the Additional Commissioner of Customs.
