This initiative aims to reduce physical interaction and transaction costs while expediting customs clearance. The eOoC and eGatepass will be sent via email, featuring digitally signed QR codes for authenticity verification. This measure, effective from April 15, 2020, intends to streamline operations, enhance security, and improve efficiency across the customs ecosystem. Stakeholders are encouraged to adopt and disseminate these changes.
