of <h1>Shipping Lines Can File Manifests Online During COVID-19; Hard Copies Due 15 Days Post-Lockdown. Report Issues via Email.</h1> In response to COVID-19, a temporary measure has been implemented allowing Shipping Lines to file Import General Manifests (IGM) and Export General Manifests (EGM) online without submitting hard copies to minimize physical interaction. Shipping Lines must provide an undertaking to submit hard copies within 15 days after the lockdown ends. If a hard copy is needed for amendments during this period, it must be submitted as required. Any issues with this process should be reported via email to the relevant customs offices.
