of <h1>India Revises Import Quotas for Peas: Yellow Peas Now Zero, Green and Other Peas Limited to 75,000 MT Each.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade, under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, has issued a trade notice restricting the import of certain pulses for the fiscal year 2020-2021. The import quotas are designated for millers and refiners, with specific allocations: 1.5 lakh MT for yellow peas, green peas, and other peas, and 4 lakh MT for tur/pigeon peas. However, a subsequent notification revised the quotas for yellow peas to zero and set 75,000 MT each for green peas and other peas. These regulations are effective from the date of publication in the official Gazette.
