of <h1>E-SANCHIT System Revolutionizes Paperless LPCO Processing with 47 PGAs: No More Uploads by Beneficiaries.</h1> The circular addresses the implementation of the e-SANCHIT system for paperless processing of Licenses, Permits, Certificates, and Other Authorizations (LPCOs) by Participating Government Agencies (PGAs) under the SWIFT initiative. Since its inception on April 1, 2018, e-SANCHIT aims to minimize physical interactions and expedite import and export clearances. As of January 31, 2020, 47 PGAs are enabled to upload LPCOs on e-SANCHIT, with beneficiaries no longer permitted to upload previously issued LPCOs. PGAs must upload LPCOs issued in the last 15 days, and communication will occur via registered email addresses in ICEGATE.
