To reduce physical contact, importers can request printouts of the Bills of Entry and document uploads in E-Sanchit via email or WhatsApp from XEAM Service Centre staff. Contact details for responsible personnel are provided. The notice encourages trade associations to disseminate this information and advises departmental officers to treat it as a standing order. Any issues should be reported to the Joint Commissioner of Customs.
