Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the deadline has been extended from April 3, 2020, to April 15, 2020. This modification partially alters Trade Notice No. 57/2019-2020 dated March 19, 2020. The notice is directed to regional authorities, customs commissionerates, trade members, and relevant government departments, and has been approved by the competent authority.
