of <h1>India extends deadline for filing e-forms MGT-7 and AOC-4 in J&K and Ladakh to June 30, 2020.</h1> The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, has extended the deadline for filing e-forms MGT-7 (Annual Return) and AOC-4 (Financial Statement) for companies in the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. This extension, now until June 30, 2020, comes in response to disruptions in internet services affecting normal business operations. Companies in these regions can file the required forms without incurring additional fees. This decision follows requests from stakeholders and is in continuation of a previous circular issued on January 31, 2020.
