of <h1>PGA e-SANCHIT System Expands to 47 Agencies for Paperless LPCO Processing Under SWIFT; Update Your ICEGATE Email Now.</h1> The circular announces the implementation of the PGA e-SANCHIT system for paperless processing under SWIFT, enabling Participating Government Agencies (PGAs) to upload Licenses, Permits, Certificates, and Other Authorizations (LPCOs) digitally. As of January 31, 2020, four additional PGAs have been integrated, increasing the total to 47. Importers, exporters, and customs brokers will no longer upload LPCOs themselves; instead, PGAs will handle this, including LPCOs issued in the past 15 days. Beneficiaries must ensure their email addresses are updated in ICEGATE for communication purposes. The notice urges trade associations to disseminate this information.
