The clearance for exporting goods, including plant and plant products using wood packaging materials, through Land Customs Stations in the specified Commissionerate is contingent on the materials being treated and marked according to International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures No. 15. Alternatively, a phytosanitary certificate with the treatment endorsement is required. This directive is issued by the Commissioner of Customs (Preventive) for the North Eastern Region, emphasizing adherence to the amended ITC (HS) Classification of Export and Import Items.
