of <h1>Deadline Extended for Filing Form PAS-6 u/r 9A(8); No Extra Fees for Half-Year Ending September 30, 2019.</h1> The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has extended the deadline for filing Form PAS-6, as per rule 9A(8) of the Companies (Prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Rules, 2014. The new deadline allows companies to submit the form without incurring additional fees for the half-year ending on September 30, 2019. The filing period is now set to be sixty days from the date the form is made available on the Ministry's website. This decision follows representations received by the Ministry and has been approved by the competent authority.
