of <h1>India Extends Deadline for Filing MGT-7 and AOC-4 Forms in Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh to January 31, 2020.</h1> The Government of India's Ministry of Corporate Affairs has extended the deadline for filing e-forms MGT-7 (Annual Return) and AOC-4 (Financial Statement) for companies in the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. This extension, now until January 31, 2020, is due to disruptions in internet services affecting normal business operations. No additional fees will be levied for this extension. This decision follows requests from stakeholders and was issued with the approval of the competent authority.
