of <h1>Customs Brokers Licence Renewal: Submit Application 90 Days Before Expiry with Required Documents and Fees (Section 5.1.</h1> The procedure for renewing a Customs Brokers Licence requires submission of an application within 90 days before expiry, accompanied by various documents such as Form-A, notarized proprietorship or partnership deeds, a copy of the existing licence, PAN card, lease or sale agreements, tax returns, and a performance summary report. A fee of Rs. 5,000 and a bond or security of Rs. 5,00,000 is also required. Additional documents include a solvency certificate, proof of qualifications, and a declaration of compliance with regulations. After submission, an antecedent verification is conducted, and the renewal process is completed within 30 working days.
