of <h1>Customs at Mundra Port Waives Late Filing Charges for Bill of Entry Due to July 2019 Technical Issues.</h1> The Principal Commissioner of Customs at Mundra Port issued a public notice exempting charges for late filing of the Bill of Entry due to technical issues with the e-Sanchit Portal on July 9, 2019. This exemption applies to consignments with entry inward dates from July 8-9, 2019. Waivers for late filing during this period will be handled by the respective Deputy or Assistant Commissioners. For delays after July 10, 2019, importers or brokers must provide evidence of their filing attempts. Any issues should be reported to the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Import) at Mundra.
