of <h1>New Procedure for Single Factory Stuffing Permission Valid Nationwide to Cut Costs and Processing Time for Exporters.</h1> The circular outlines a new procedure for granting a single Factory Stuffing Permission (LoFSP) that is valid across all Customs Houses, aimed at reducing transaction costs and processing time for exporters. Exporters must provide a list of Customs Stations they intend to use and disclose any past issues with Customs or Tax Authorities. Each LoFSP will have a unique serial number and be listed online for verification. The procedure remains similar to previous guidelines but now includes a streamlined verification process. Any difficulties in implementing these changes should be reported to the Commissioner of Customs (Export) at JNCH.
