of <h1>Deadline Extension for Provisional Assessments on Insecticide Imports to June 15, 2011, Under Public Notice No. 68/2011.</h1> Public Notice No. 68/2011 amends an earlier notice regarding the import of insecticides, fungicides, and chemicals under the Insecticides Act, 1968. Initially, importers who were actual users and in the process of obtaining registration or import permits from the CIB & RC were allowed provisional assessments until March 15, 2011. Following requests from importers, the deadline for provisional assessments has been extended to June 15, 2011. After this date, all importers, including actual users, must provide the CIB & RC certificate, and provisional assessments will no longer be permitted. Other conditions from the previous notice remain unchanged.
