of <h1>Indian Government Waives Additional Fees for IEPF-1A and IEPF-2 Filings Until December 31, 2019.</h1> The Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, has announced a relaxation of additional fees for filing forms IEPF-1A and IEPF-2. Companies can file form IEPF-1A without additional fees until December 31, 2019, and form IEPF-2, for unclaimed and unpaid amounts, until November 30, 2019. Post these dates, additional fees will apply. This decision follows requests from stakeholders for an extension due to various factors and has been approved by the competent authority.
