This system, part of the CBEC's IT Consolidation Project, centralizes the processing of shipping bills for various export categories, including duty-free, dutiable, and drawback shipping bills. Exporters, importers, and associated agents must register their details in the system, ensuring compliance with procedural requirements such as IE-Code registration, CHA registration, and bank account registration. The system facilitates electronic filing and processing of shipping bills, with detailed procedures for data entry, amendments, and export examination. It also includes provisions for handling grievances and offers support through a helpdesk managed by TCS and Wipro.
