of <h1>Public Notice 36/2009 Addendum: Nine New Export Promotion Schemes Under RMS, Including Zero Duty and Hi-tech Incentives.</h1> This addendum to Public Notice 36/2009 introduces nine additional schemes under the Risk Management System (RMS) for Export Promotion. The schemes include the Special Imprest Licence, materials for UN and aid projects, Advance Customs Clearance Permit, Replenishment Licence for gems and jewelry, exemptions for diamond and gemstone imports, Hi-tech Product Export Promotion, Agri-Infrastructure Incentive Scrip, Status Holders Incentive Scheme, and Zero Duty Export Promotion Capital Goods Scheme. The procedures outlined in the original notice for goods clearance apply to these new schemes as well.
