of <h1>ICES Directory Updates Announced Post-Budget 2019; Temporary BE Filing Halt from Feb 1, 6 PM for Importers/Exporters.</h1> The circular from the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Indirect Tax and Customs, informs importers, exporters, and stakeholders about the update of ICES Directories following the presentation of Budget 2019 on February 1, 2019. Updates will be managed by the Directorate of Systems in Delhi. BE filing and Section 48 approvals in ICES will be halted at 1800 hrs on February 1, 2019, while other functions remain operational. Shipping Bill filing and processing will continue without interruption. Any changes in export duty or cess announced during the budget will be manually collected until directory updates are completed.
