of <h1>ESANCHIT Expands: 43 PGAs Now Upload LPCOs, Enhancing Customs Process Efficiency Since August 2019.</h1> The eSANCHIT platform, operational since April 2018, aims to minimize physical interactions in customs processes and expedite import/export clearances by allowing Participating Government Agencies (PGAs) to upload digitally signed Licenses/Permits/Certificates/Other Authorizations (LPCOs). Initially, 27 PGAs were enabled to use this system, and now 16 additional PGAs have joined, totaling 43. From August 1, 2019, importers, exporters, and customs brokers cannot upload previously issued LPCOs; PGAs must upload LPCOs issued in the last 15 days. Communication with beneficiaries will occur via registered email addresses in ICEGATE, emphasizing the importance of accurate registration.
