of <h1>IBBI Circular: Eligibility Criteria for Registered Valuers Under Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules, 2017 Announced.</h1> The circular from the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India outlines the eligibility criteria for individuals to become registered valuers under the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules, 2017. To qualify, individuals must be fit and proper, possess necessary qualifications and experience, be members of a Registered Valuers Organisation (RVO), complete a recognized educational course, pass the valuation examination, and be recommended by the RVO. Recognized RVOs are instructed to admit only eligible individuals and recommend them for registration. Applications for registration will be accepted online starting 1st July 2018.
