of <h1>SEZ Division Orders Faster Processing of Exporter References; Interim Response Required Within 15 Days for Pending Cases.</h1> The Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Department of Commerce SEZ Division, has issued a directive to all Development Commissioners of Special Economic Zones to address delays in processing references from exporters. To enhance ease of doing business, the directive mandates expedited handling of these references. If a reference is under consideration or requires an extended period for decision-making, an interim response must be provided within 15 days of receipt. This instruction has been approved by the Competent Authority to ensure timely communication and resolution.
