Steamer and shipping agents must inform the Section Officer or Main Gate Officer in advance about the vessel's berthing time and details, and prepare necessary documents for the Boarding Officer's review. A revised feedback form is included, requiring genuine feedback from the vessel's Master. Boarding Officers will endorse work commencement approval on the Shipping Journal or Arrival Report once procedures are completed. All agents are advised to inform the vessel Masters accordingly.
