of <h1>SEBI Updates Draft Offer Document Rules; New Provisions Apply from August 7, 2000, Instead of June 15, 2000.</h1> The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued a modification to its earlier circular regarding the applicability of certain provisions to draft offer documents. Initially, these provisions were to apply to documents filed on or after June 15, 2000. The updated circular now states that the provisions will apply to documents filed on or after August 07, 2000. This change is communicated to the leaders of all stock exchanges.
